The annual Pirith Chanting Ceremony at the TRU Global office in Colombo took place on December 19th, 2024, followed by an almsgiving ceremony on December 20th. This event brought together the entire staff and their families, creating a deeply spiritual and meaningful experience. It was organized to honor and invoke the blessings of the Triple Gem for the company, its directors, and the staff.

The event held great significance for the staff’s families, who attend each year to merit and invoke blessings for their loved ones. Its importance extends beyond tradition, serving as a profound reminder of the connection between professional responsibilities and the spiritual respect for those who contribute to the company’s progress.

The entire office staff, including TRU Global Director Mr. Upul Chandima and General Manager Ms. Upekha Bandaranayaka, united in a collective effort to ensure the event’s success.

The chanting of Pirith, believed to bring protection and blessings, enveloped the office in a spiritual atmosphere. The ceremony concluded with an early morning almsgiving, where alms were offered to the monks, symbolizing the company’s respect and gratitude.
