Exciting and Awaited Visit of Director Upul Chandima
TRU Global Education and Consultants was thrilled to welcome their Director Mr. Upul
Chandima, who lives in New Zealand, came for a short visit to Sri Lanka recently and to his
office in Colombo on 14 th August. This visit marked a significant moment for TRU team as the
Director, took this opportunity to engage directly with his team, discussed ongoing projects, and
share insights about the company’s future direction.
During the visit, Director conducted a series of meetings with various departments to better
understand their current initiatives and challenges. He also participated in a discussion, where he
addressed questions from staff and shared their vision for the company’s growth. One of the
highlights of the discussion was Director’s inspiring keynote speech on the company values and
future goals. His presence energized the team and underscored the company’s commitment to
fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.
In addition to the meetings and speeches, he toured the office, interacting with the team and
gaining firsthand insight into the daily operations. The visit provided valuable feedback and an
opportunity for the staff to showcase their work and achievements.
The visit concluded with a networking session, where employees had the chance to personally
connect with the Director and he met several clients during his stay in Sri Lanka and shared his
expertise with them and guided them along their expectations.
TRU team extend their gratitude to their Director for taking the time to visit and connect with the
team. They look forward to continuing to work together towards their shared objectives and to
implementing the insights gained during this visit.
