she is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for human resources. Ramoda possesses extensive knowledge of HR processes and is well-equipped to face future challenges in the
dynamic business world.

She aspires to become a powerful member of a successful team by acquiring a sound knowledge of business and human resource management, providing accurate and skilled recruitment experiences to recognized progressive organizations. Actively participating in organizational teamwork, Ramoda is a creative officer always seeking development in new areas, mastering various skills with new technology, and adapting to current and future needs.

Skilled at developing unique recruiting solutions to source candidates with desirable and unique skill sets, she excels in communicating with candidates to share job description information and support the application process. With experience in both the public and private sectors, Ramoda possesses valuable communication, negotiation, networking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. She has completed her Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management at CIPM and obtained her Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University in the UK.
